Use the large bin at the entrance of the house.
Trash must be in sealed plastic bags. Paper bags or loose garbage will not be picked up and may result in fines from the HOA.
Damage & Forgotten Items:
Items must be returned in the condition they were received.
Forgotten item return has a $150 admin fee + shipping cost.
Starter Supplies:
We provide essentials for your first days (toilet paper, paper towel, etc.).
For longer stays, please purchase additional supplies as needed.

The stay was amazing. We stayed here for our annual family vacation to Orlando. The house was beautiful. Looked exactly like the photos. Tiffany and her team were very flexible with our check in. Very responsive if we needed anything. I would highly recommend. The kids also love the property as well.
Tiffany communicates great however upon arrival the home was not clean at all. The floors , walls , and linen were all stained and dirty. Beds were falling apart, the stair rails were loose , shower curtain rods were loose and fell on my child’s head. Remotes were missing , the down stairs bed sizes were not what was advertised. The theatre room had sunflower seeds and orange peels left from the last guest. Also the slide is placed directly in front of a dresser which makes it very dangerous for a child. Overall the home needs a deep clean and a maintenance/ safety check.
Tiffany is a good host, communicates well and responds quickly. Now for the house. At first glance, it looks amazing. It was big enough for my group of 20 women, 5 rooms down stairs & 10 upstairs. Space was not an issue. it became clear quickly that things were not great. The light carpet was filthy so much so that we didn't want to walk barefoot on it. There was a huge stain under the couch in the game room area along with trash. The tile floors downstairs were dirty. our feet were black after a couple hours of walking on them. the a/c would go up to 77° at 9am and stay that way until midnight. No reason or resolution was provided. no toilet paper in most bathrooms. there are 15 and 2 halves. no shower curtain liners in some. MINIMAL pots. we had to purchase some. 6 coffee mugs. Tiffany did send over 15. Missing TV remotes. no resolution. Broken trash bin outside filled with trash, flies and maggots. 1 bath towel per guest. some queen beds seemed like full size.
